The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D (2005)
Marx (Caden Boyd), a frail young boy of the same age, has a lot on his mind, his parents' discipline, heavy homework and no friends, not to mention how unhappy his life is. Moreover, he will spend the whole boring summer alone, and the future looks bleak. Marx, who likes comics, decided to create his own adventures, in which he showed great courage and explored with his favorite cartoon characters, Sharkboy and Volcano Girl. At the end of the summer vacation, all the students were asked to tell their summer gains and experiences, only Marx told his own adventure story. The bad thing is, no one believes it but himself! Marx was embarrassed by the teasing of his classmates, but at this time, the superheroes in the comic books he worshipped actually appeared in reality, became friends with him, and will accompany him on the incomparably gorgeous and exciting adventure. Reality or fantasy, does not seem to be so important, at least, this will be his lifetime unforgettable journey.
