In the late 1960s, merchant ships, scientific research teams, warships and submarines of various countries shuttled through the Arctic region. However, mysterious events have occurred one after another in the Arctic, with a total of about eight ships and seven submarines strangely missing, and the lives of the people on board are uncertain. The incident caused a sensation around the world, when the Pentagon called in Dan Redward (Dick Forlan Dick Foran), the captain of the "Tiger Shark" nuclear submarine, as well as the scientific and technological elite, and sent them to the North Pole to investigate. Their journey was long and arduous, and the crew were depressed without knowing the purpose. When approaching the Antarctic Circle, the Tiger Shark spotted an unidentified object in the sea ahead, which Captain Redward and others believed to be the UFO that caused the trouble. They tracked it all the way and started a chase with UFO. Eventually, they met this group of alien monsters with one giant eye and countless tentacles. A fierce battle with great disparity in strength is inevitable.
