Josh (Fred Astere Fred Astaire) and Dana (Ginger Rogers Ginger Rogers) are a perfect couple in a theatrical dance troupe. Their performances on the stage are perfect together, and every performance is well received. However, in life, the two often quarrel over a variety of trifles, and the relationship between husband and wife has long been rift. Dana was invited by the drama director Jacques to perform the play, but the play and comedy have very different forms of performance. Dana, who has repeatedly failed on the stage, is very disappointed with herself. I even began to wonder if I really had acting talent. In order to reassure his wife, Josh pretended to be Jacques to call Dana and gave her an affirmation on the phone. Dana, who regained her confidence, contributed a perfect performance on the stage.
