Ray Danton, who usually pretends to be a member of the beat faction, is actually a serial rapist. He hates women and retaliates by raping them. He leaves a small box of aspirin after each crime, so he is called aspirin boy. Superintendent David Caroline (Steve Cochran) is in charge of investigating the aspirin boy case, but he also has a misogynistic tendency. He believes that many rape victims are not real victims, but take the initiative to seduce each other's sluts, and because he has been cheated by his first wife, he is always paranoid about his current wife and interrogates her like a prisoner. To his surprise, his wife, Fay Spain, became a victim of aspirin boy and unfortunately became pregnant. His relationship with his wife was frozen to the extreme, and he was determined to catch the aspirin boy. Artie Juster (James Mitchum) is Stan Hess's accomplice. In order to create two aspirin boys to confuse the police, Stan sent Juster to rape Mamie Van Do..., Georgia.
