A story of courage, redemption and love in the rainforest of Costa Rica. Based on real events, a teenage boy dreams of finding the most beautiful butterfly on earth: an illusory big-winged blue butterfly. His mother persuaded a famous entomologist (William Hutt) to go on a butterfly hunt with the little boy, and their lives have changed greatly ever since.
