Years after the first film, the Templeton brothers Tim and Ted grew up and drifted apart. Tim is married and pregnant, and Ted is the chief executive of a hedge fund, and the two will reconnect with a new "baby boss" with an advanced approach and aggressive attitude to inspire a new family business. Tim lives in the suburbs with his wife Carol, who is known as a "super mother", his extraordinarily intelligent 7-year-old daughter Tabisha, and the newborn super-cute baby Tina. Tabitha is a top student in a prestigious educational institution who idolizes Uncle Ted and wants to be like him, but Tim is worried that she works too hard to have a normal childhood. When Tina's true identity as a top secret agent of the Baby Group is revealed in order to uncover the dark secrets behind Tabitha School and its mysterious founder, Dr. Armstrong, the Templetons will be reunited in an unexpected way. The two re-examine the meaning of the family and understand what is most important.
