The Boy with Green Hair (1948)

Peter, a war orphan, lives with a retired actor with the help of the police in a small town. One day, he saw the pictures of orphans on the war posters, which deeply touched him and thought that he might be one of these war orphans. Tormented by this thought, his hair turned green overnight. The ridicule of his companions made the little boy Peter flee the town. But in the end, he finally found his mission, which was to tell all the people about the harm the war had done to their children. Green hair, so that Peter is no longer an orphan, but a messenger of God.
