The Dancer Upstairs (2002)

The story takes place in a fictional Latin American country where a guerrilla leader leads his team in an attempt to overthrow a military-ruled government. They frequently create terrorist incidents, causing the whole country to fall into unrest. Driven by a sense of justice, Police Officer Rigas spent 12 years tracking guerrilla leaders at all costs, so he completely gave up his life and immersed himself in the task. During this period, he met the beautiful ballet teacher Yolanda. Her calm and elegant appearance seemed to have nothing to do with war, blood and violence. In fact, her appearance was no accident.
