The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened? (2015)
In the 1990s, Batman superhero films such as Batman return, Batman Forever and Batman and Robin became Warner Brothers' cash cow. After that, Warner Bros. began to set its sights on another superhero-Superman. The movie "Superman Lives" is scheduled to be directed by Tim Bolton, written by Kevin Smith and played by Nicholas Cage. After several major changes in the crew behind the scenes, the film made no progress and finally faded out of public view, leaving only a vague fitting photo of Nicholas Cage in a Superman suit. Director Jon Schnapp's "the premature death of Superman Resurrection" gives the audience the first opportunity to fully review the unfinished road of "Superman Resurrection". The film was shot through crowdfunding, and the director interviewed director Tim Bolton, producer Jon Peters, screenwriter Kevin Smith and many of the film's behind-the-scenes staff. Previously undisclosed Nicholas Cage trial tidbits also appeared in the film for the first time. In addition, the film also presents a lot about the film "Superman Resurrection" in every detail.
