Six of Juno (Natalie Jackson Mendoza) and Sarah (Shauna Macdonald) have experienced the most terrifying moment of their lives in the Chatuga National Park cave group in the Appalachian Mountains, where only Sarah survived. After that, the police sent a large number of search and rescue personnel to the mountains to look for the bodies of the victims and possible survivors, but found nothing in the end. Female police officer Rose (Krysten Cummings) is responsible for asking about Sarah's disappearance, but Sarah has no memory of what happened in the past. In order to find the survivors and the truth, Rose takes Sarah back to the cave group, where she meets with rescuers Casey (Anna Skellern) and Greg (Joshua Dallas). They entered the cave through the mouth of the abandoned mine and soon found the bodies of Beth and others. Rescuers realized that this was not a simple disappearance, while danger was creeping towards them.
