John Isad (Robert Ginty), a Vietnam veteran, is permanently paralyzed when his best friend Mike Jefferson (Steve James, who once died in the Vietnam War) is attacked by a gang of thugs. The police did not take the matter to heart, and the justice in the heart of Islamist felt a severe challenge. While giving financial help to Jefferson and his family, he was determined to avenge his friends and personally get rid of the gangsters on the streets of New York and do harm to society. With the extraordinary skills of the Vietnam War, human traffickers, black-hearted meat market merchants, hooligans and the mob leaders who attacked Jefferson fell in front of Islamist. From then on, among the evil thugs, there is a legend of a jihadist, a heroic character who calls himself the "The Exterminater".
