Quiet girl Max (Tessa Famiga Taissa Farmiga) and her mother (Marlene Ackerman Malin Akerman) depend on each other, her mother is a little-known B-rated horror movie actress. Although my mother always wanted to make a name for herself, she was ill-fated and unknown. After a failed audition, Max and his mother were involved in a serious car accident, and her mother died in the disaster. Three years later, on the day of my mother's death, a group of friends asked Max to go to the cinema to review her mother's classic camp horror movie. But there was a sudden accident on the way to the cinema, and the fire caused great confusion. When Max woke up again, he found that he and his friends had traveled to his mother's movie. For the next 90 minutes or so, they will go through a terrible camp bloodbath with their deceased mother.
