Middle school student Tamura Yu (Xiao Ikei Ping is acted the role of) is a smart, sunny and optimistic teenager, the happy summer vacation is about to begin, he was supposed to meet with the girl he likes to see a movie, but a sudden change changed Yu's life. Because of their father, the rich family was heavily in debt, and eventually their house was mortgaged, and the irresponsible father threw down the word "disbanded" and turned away. In order not to drag down his brother Yanyi and sister Yukiko, Yu lied about going to live at a classmate's house and then came to a nearby park to make it his home. He sleeps on the slide in the park at night and roams around in search of food during the day. The long summer seems to have no end. The film is based on Tamura Yu's best-selling novel of the same name and won the 2009 Japanese Film Awards Rookie of the year Award (Koihiro Koike).
