The film tells the story of the female inspector of the Finance Department (Grace) is responsible for transporting a batch of $600 million old currency to the shredding factory, but a rare local hurricane disaster is coming. A group of armed thieves want to "rob the wind" after all residents have been evacuated, and when the hurricane reaches lethal level 5, all elaborate plans are disrupted, they find that they need a vault password.
