Dan Klaus, based on his documentary of the same name, tells the story of a young soldier, Adam, who saw other recruits on his team kill innocent civilians during the American invasion of Afghanistan and considered reporting them to his superiors. And this heavily armed and increasingly violent team began to suspect that some of its own team had betrayed them. Scarsgaard plays a sergeant who forces Adam to kill a civilian or kill him.
