A flag with a dead skull flutters on a Bulgarian beach. Legend has it that somewhere in the 19th century, there was treasure stolen by pirates from Turkish ships. Today, outsiders who claim to be descendants of pirates of the past-outsiders living on the fringes of capitalist society-dream of one day owning these treasures. Their freedom, dreams and unfettered lives will one day face a real dilemma: a developer plans to build a resort on this natural Black Sea beach. Can these pirates still protect their wealth?
