The Last Survivor was developed by the Naughty Dog game studio for two years and was released in June 2013. The whole game is set in the United States after a virus ravages, and people infected by the virus become terrible monsters. The protagonists of the game are an indifferent smuggler uncle Joel and a brave and precocious 14-year-old girl, Ellie. Joel promised to send the little girl Ellie to the designated place in exchange for weapons, thus starting a long journey across the United States.
