By the turn of the millennium, a technology called "virtual reality" will be widely used to enable people to enter an illusory world created by computers and infinitely rich as imagination. Its creators predict that this technology will play countless positive roles in the development of human society, while some people worry that it will be used by some people as a new way to control the human mind. In a "virtual space factory" in the United States, Dr. Angelo Larry is working on a "Project 5" that can rapidly improve human intelligence. Over the past five years, Dr. Angelo has studied several carefully selected orangutans, and experiments have shown that orangutans have significantly improved their IQ under the stimulation of virtual space. But Timms, the head of the Virtual Space Factory, has been encouraging Dr. Angelo to stimulate the orangutans' primitive violent central nerves in this way, at the behest of the behind-the-scenes investors, in order to increase their aggressiveness and eventually produce something more powerful than weapons. Angelo firmly rejected the wishful thinking of the war hooligans, so investors refused to continue to invest, and Angelo was suspended. Angelo doesn't want to give up the virtual space.
