At the turn of the new century and the old century in 1899, European countries were in a rare period of peace. however, under the planning of the leader "ghost" and relying on advanced weapons unheard of at that time, a newly rising evil force created misunderstandings and frictions among countries in a delusional attempt to ignite the flames of a world war. The British government invited Alan Courtman (Sean Connery), a legendary adventurer living in seclusion in Africa, to solve the crisis. although Allen was tired of adventure, he could not bear the flames of war on the African continent, so he formed a gentleman's alliance with Mina, the female vampire, Dr. Hyde, Skinner, the handsome young man Gray, Captain Nemo and American agent Tom Sawyer. Take Captain Nemo's Parrot submarine to Venice to stop the Wraith plot. After the Battle of Venice, the alliance found that the operation was actually a chess game arranged by the wraith, all in order to acquire the superpowers of the alliance members in order to realize his greater ambition. The enraged Gentlemen's League went to the ice-covered Northland and launched a final battle against the wraith organization.
