Westworld co-creator Jonathan Nolan & Lisa Joy will create a future series called The Peripheral, based on William Gibson's novel of the same name, co-produced by their production company Kilter Films and Amazon. If the script is feasible, the entire season will be booked directly. Set in the future of the United States, technology begins to change society imperceptibly, and the heroine Flynne Fisher finds a hidden connection with a different reality, as well as her own dark future. Scott B. Smith (Project Jedi, the ruins of Terror) wrote the screenplay. He also served as an executive producer and directed by Vincenzo Nathalie (Westworld, Hannibal, and Human-Beast Hybrid).
