The Platform (2019)

A not-too-distant dystopian citizen voluntarily imprisoned himself and promised to increase social mobility after his release, but he became so radical as a result of his captivity that he took the devil's food delivery elevator on an one-way ticket to protect "Italian cream pudding" at all costs. To understand this trajectory, we need to understand his prison: the prison pit-the exciting arrangement of a "circular prison" in which hundreds of platforms are stacked vertically and hollowed out in the middle. Every day, a platform decorated with a lavish feast extends down from the top of the tower. It stays on each floor for a few minutes to feed people near the top, while those at the bottom are fighting for leftover food, if there is any left. With the nightmarish nuances of this nature of captivity further revealed, the platform steadily demonstrates one of its most significant contributions to the sci-fi prison temple in the film, as well as a profound parable, demonstration.
