In 2013, the earth was desolate. After a devastating war, the civilization originally established in the world has disappeared. Human beings live in this scorched land, and life is worse than death under famine and violence. Hornester, a terrorist group, has expanded rapidly because of its violent crackdown on residents. The organization's ruler, Admiral Bethlehem (will Parton Will Patton), even wants to rule the world. A homeless man with no name (Kevin Costner Kevin Costner) is arrested and forcibly joined. Finally, he seized the only chance to escape successfully. He found a skeleton in an abandoned jeep. In order to keep warm, he put on the postman's suit on the skeleton, and he accidentally found a packet of expired mail. From then on, he began to go back and forth from town to town, delivering letters and falsely claiming to be a postman. Soon, he won the trust of the town and led a tenacious struggle against the totalitarian rulers.
