The Prophecy (1995)

Archangel Gabriel, dissatisfied with God's devoting all his attention to human beings, plans to launch a heavenly coup and kill all the good angels. For the coup to succeed, Gabriel must have the support of the soul of a brutal general who was attached to Mary, an American little girl, by Simon, an angel who learned of Gabriel's plot. Because of the war in heaven, souls cannot ascend to heaven for the time being. Gabriel had to kiss the world to find the general's soul. Thomas became a priest after graduating from the seminary, but because he doubted his beliefs, he became a policeman. When he became aware of Gabriel's plot, he joined the teacher Katherine to protect the ignorant Mary. Satan was worried that the war would affect his rule, and his participation made things more complicated.
