Christmas is coming again, and Santa Claus (Richard Riehle), who lives in the North Pole, will go to New York to send Christmas packages to the children. This year, however, was a little unusual. Santa Claus noticed that the Christmas spirit in New York was getting thinner, so he decided to take a look with his loyal dog Paws (voiced by Zachary Gordon Zachary Gordon). Unfortunately, Santa Claus was knocked down by a taxi in the street, and the crystal pendant used to keep him alive was stolen along with the money. When he woke up, he lost his memory. He accidentally came to the toy store of his late old friend Mr. Hucklebach and was hired by the new owner and couple to play the role of quot; Santa Claus & quot;. At the same time, a little girl Quinn (Kaitlyn Maher) is being sent to an orphan foster home and is treated harshly by her hostess. One night, she stumbles upon Paws, a dog anxiously looking for Santa Claus on the streets of New York, and takes care of it. Christmas is just around the corner, but the body of Santa Claus, who has lost his crystal pendant, is declining rapidly day by day. Can Paws and his friends find Santa Claus in such a big New York?
