In order to fulfill his father's wish, Victor (Tom Hanks Tom Hanks) flies to Kennedy Airport from his home country, but something dramatic happens: he is told that there has been a coup in his home country, his ID card and passport are invalid, and his visa can no longer be used. Victor, who was in a dilemma, was stranded at the airport, waiting for new documents to be processed. But he waited at the airport for nine months.
