Jude Law starred in an eight-episode miniseries directed by Paul Sorentino, director of the City of Beauty. Jude plays Lenny Bellaldo (the virtual Pius XIII), a complex and controversial pope who is compassionate for the poor and learns how to control power in his confrontation with Vatican courtiers. The show is expected to begin filming in the summer of 15 and will be co-produced by Sky, HBO and Canal+.
