Tides of War (2005)

In cold, dark North Korean waters, the US Navy's fast attack submarine suffered a bizarre catastrophe: she was attacked by an ominous stealth submarine and lost her first mate and chief worker. To this end, Captain Habley was investigated by a military court of the Admiralty. In order to avoid military sanctions, Habley chose to carry out a top-secret mission-to return to North Korean waters and secretly install listening equipment on North Korea's undersea fiber optic cables. To accomplish this task, Habley must protect its ships and crew from ghost submarines. When his instincts told them that they were being followed, he immediately drove the submarine away.
