Xiao Bai, who has always dreamed of becoming a writer (acted the role of Sasaki Tibetan) and Yoshiko Yoshiko (Yonzuo Hiromi) of foodie, have been friends for as long as 17 years. Because they were touched by a certain time, the young Bai plucked up the courage to confess to each other, and the two people who knew the bottom of the story naturally came together. They call themselves a stupid couple, stupid but have the happiness of a fool. But how cruel the fate was, Yuko was diagnosed with cancer soon after her marriage. When a new life comes, the old life goes away. Xiao Bai used a blog to record his wife's brief time in the last ten months. In reality, Yuko seems to return to her husband in a ghostly state, and the two complain to each other, continuing their unfinished karma. The film is based on the Diary of Cancer couple serialized by author Hiroshi Shimizu on ameblo under the pseudonym of "Mr. and Mrs. Kawasaki." Shimizu's wife died in July 2010.
