In Japan in the near future, human beings blindly seek the development of the material level, while ignoring the importance of environmental protection. A large amount of industrial waste is produced every day and is piled up on the outskirts of the city without treatment. Over time, the waste piled up into a mountain and turned into a chilling "black Fuji". To make matters worse, Black Fuji accumulated a large number of toxic and harmful substances, and humans who suffered from radiation and erosion eventually became bloodthirsty and inhumane zombies. The fate of mankind is at stake. At this critical moment, there are two people who are completely out of it. The exploding head (Tadashi Asano) and the bald man (Aichuan Xiang), who work for a fire extinguisher factory in Edo district of Tokyo, are two fighting enthusiasts who are unwilling to work and are obsessed with jujitsu research all day. Their negligence angered the president of Fujimoto (Keitaro Shiga), and Fujimoto was inadvertently killed by two people during the dispute. The two buried the president's body on Mount Fuji, but Fujimoto became a zombie and came back to life again. With the emergence of more zombies, the two finally realized the seriousness of the situation. This film is based on the original comic book of the same name written by Hua Meng.
