In a dark room, a college student (Ryoda Murai) wakes up from a coma. He walked out of the room and met a nightclub girl (Takeda Rinai) and a newspaper reporter (Makutaro Akiyama) in this strange building. They looked for the exit together, only to find that all the places were blocked and there was no way to escape. They were soon told that in the next seven days, seven men and women would kill each other with their kitchen knives. Just as all poisonous worms eat each other in the same container to get the most poisonous beggars, they must kill to the last person.
