More than 50 years ago, a spaceship from Cybertron crashed to the moon, which triggered a space race between the United States and the Soviet Union. Humans rushed to the moon just to find out the secrets of the wreckage of the spaceship. Back at the beginning of the 21st century, after several battles, the Autobots finally thwarted the invasion of the Decepticons and then worked with humans to defend the beautiful earth. However, the events at Chernobyl put the long-dusty moon plans back on the table. In order to prevent the Decepticons from finding the energy pillar to do evil, Optimus Prime and his comrades-in-arms flew to the moon and rescued the predator, the first generation leader of the Autobots, from the spaceship of that year. The predator is the inventor of the energy column. Hundreds of energy columns can be put together to create a space bridge to realize the instantaneous transfer of matter. Sam (Thea LaBeouf Shia LaBeouf), who is busy looking for a job and running a relationship with his girlfriend Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whitley Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), is inevitably involved, and he gradually discovers the Decepticons' plot to manipulate everything, but does not know that the bigger plot and crisis are hidden behind the moon shadow.
