Grumpy Joseph (Peter Mulan Peter Mullan) has a broken family and his life is in disarray. Making trouble everywhere, he inadvertently broke into a clothing store and met the owner Hannah (Olivia Coleman Olivia Colman). Hannah, a devout Catholic who lives in an upscale neighborhood and has a flawless husband, has always been haunted by the fact that she is unable to have children. Joseph felt something similar to himself in Hannah, and sure enough, Hannah's life was not as calm as it seemed, and her seemingly perfect husband was a terrible sadist behind his back. One day, after another inhuman torture, Hannah went to Joseph. She told him that she had decided to leave her husband in the hope that Joseph would take her without family. This move touched Joseph's memories of his late wife, and he promised to help Hannah go home and pack her bags. Joseph entered Hannah's house with Hannah's key, but he was taken aback by the sight. Unprovoked violence lingers over the block like a Tyrannosaurus rex.
