Black comedian Eddie Griffin plays a black hero with an African haircut and a 1970s costume, nicknamed "Undercover Brother". He was assigned to infiltrate an evil anti-government organization in order to disintegrate them at the right time, working with a sexy new female colleague. After sneaking into the organization, they were actively looking for evidence of the organization's crime, but they were soon discovered that they had sent another sexy woman to deal with him.
