Vangelis, whose real name is Evangelos Odyssey Papathanassiou, was born in Greece on March 29th, 1943. With almost no music education, he can play the piano at the age of 4 and hold a presentation of his works at the age of 6. He is a true musical genius. Vanguillis was baptized by rock music when he was young. Forminx, a self-organized band when he was a student, was not only the most popular music group in Greece in the 1960s, but also the first person to bring modern pop music to Greece. In order to find a wider music space, the 25-year-old Vanguillis went to Paris to develop, and his self-organized son of Love Choir (Aphrodite's Child) became popular all over Europe.
