The rude police officer my wife Losuke (Takesuke Kitano) is quite famous in the police and bandit circles, and thus makes a lot of enemies. When tracking down the murder of a drug trafficker, he found out that the young industrialist Ren Teng (Kishi Yide) was behind it. At the same time, it is found that his good friend Yancheng (Pingquan City) also occupies an important position in drug crimes.
