As the saying goes, there is a grind for the wicked. Bully Hamilton (Neil MacDonald Neal McDonough) gathers a bunch of villains to roam a small town in Washington State for years, squeezing neighbors, and even the local police can't do anything about them. On this day, special forces Chris (Stonehenge The Rock) retired and returned to his hometown town. Chris, who was preoccupied with integrating his father's lumber yard to live and work in peace and contentment, found that this was no longer the quiet and beautiful town before his service. His father's lumber yard was occupied by Hamilton as a casino, and his high school girlfriend became a showgirl under the threat of evil forces. Furious, Chris became the sheriff of the town and decided to drive the villains out of his hometown with the extraordinary measures he had learned in the special forces over the years.
