Yangtze River (1981)
This documentary was shot by Mr. Sada in China from 1980 to 1981. The material of the large-scale TV series "saying the Yangtze River", which was popular in China in 1983, was taken from a large number of films made by this film. Masaji Sada is the director of the film, starring in the film, and creates and sings the theme song "Life and flow". But the film, made out of deep love for China, saddled Mr. Sada with a huge debt of 2.8 billion yen (3.5 billion yen including interest). Over the next 30 years, Mr. Sada gave frequent concerts (an average of two days for a small concert) and finally paid off his debt in 2010, when he was nearly 60.
