In a quiet mountain village far from the hustle and bustle of the city, there lives a young couple, the husband of the novelist, innocent step (Mitsui) and his wife, Li Aizi (Miyazaki Kui). His wife is naive and pure, and spent most of her childhood in the hospital. The picture book of "Yellow Elephant" once brought her boundless happiness. Until now, her wife seems to have the ability to communicate with animals and plants. Their union was opposed by their wife and parents from the very beginning, but even so, the ideal life of living in seclusion in the mountains is enviable, happy, helpful and friendly with the neighbors of the village. However, the wife's body seems to change slowly, and her mood becomes more and more unstable. The secret from the bottom of my heart makes the happy world of two people appear unstable factors. This film is based on the original work of the female writer Sikanaizi.
