TV shopping hostess Kim Hsiao-jin (Liu Zhen) is in trouble: the younger generation is young and beautiful, and her boyfriend is a useless film director. At a gathering of old friends, the much-ridiculed ugly duckling Shanhua (Li Yingzhen) turned into a unique beauty, which surprised them very much. Faced with a crisis in his career, Xiaozhen turned to Shanhua for advice on beauty tips. Under the guidance of Shanhua, she came to the yoga college run by Jane Macy to apply for a week-long intensive training.
