Tandy Bowen used to be a rich girl, but a catastrophic storm displaced her; the young Tyrone Johnson always wanted to prove that he was fearless, but when everything he cherished was plundered and life taught him to fear, now he locked himself up. Until the two met unexpectedly, the fate changed. The two people have a spark of love, but also let them have a sense of responsibility and awareness of the powers they have just acquired.
