Will (James Becky Dale James Badge Dale) is engaged in a very mysterious career as a US government policy researcher. He naturally cannot enjoy the happiness and happiness of ordinary life when he deals with top secrets all day long. Will, who is a loner all day, is becoming more and more withdrawn. By chance, a female colleague named Tanya (Lauren Hodges) finds will, hoping that he can help her solve a crossword puzzle. What will didn't expect is that the answer to the crossword puzzle points to the "fourth department" that has been lurking in the US government. Will reports his findings to his boss David (Peter Gerety), but soon after, David dies in a traffic accident. Intuition made will begin to suspect that David's death was not an accident. In order to find out the truth behind the dark curtain, will began his own investigation.
