CBS is unable to perform in the new comedy to focus on the Sheldon of the Big Bang Theory The Big Bang Theory. Earlier, they announced the development of a prequel to the Big Bang Theory. Now CBS has decided to book a spin-off called Sheldon Young Sheldon Jr., which, as the name implies, takes Sheldon Cooper as the leading role. The play is scheduled to air in 17-18. The main character of the comedy is not an adult version of Sheldon, but set when he was 9 years old. The series will also be produced in the form of a single-shot family comedy from "A Malcolm in the Middle in Malcolm," about Sheldon's home and school life in East Texas. Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady are co-creators and executive producers, while Steve Molaro, Todd Spiewak and Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon in the Big Bang Theory, are producers and executive producers. In past episodes, it can be learned that Sheldon's family includes his brother.
