12 Years a Slave (2013)

Solomon Northup (Chevat Egaford Chiwetel Ejiofor) was originally a free man who made a living by playing the violin, had a wife and two children, and lived a happy life. Unexpectedly, he was deceived by two white men who thought the circus accompaniment was performed. He went to Washington and woke up to find that he had become a black slave. At first he was sold to Mr. Ford (Benedict Cumberbatch Benedict Cumberbatch) as a slave on the estate. It was soon sold to Mr. Epps (Michael Fassbender Michael Fassbender), known as the "black slave Terminator", who picked cotton day after day on the plantation and witnessed the tragedies of many black slaves. Twelve years later, he never gave up hope of returning to a free man until he met a progressive man, Mr. Bass, a carpenter (played by Brad Pitt Brad Pitt). Can Solomon end his fate as a slave? This film is based on the true story of Solomon Northup.
