The border between the United States and Mexico has become a paradise for drug traffickers because of mismanagement. Anti-narcotics agent Sean Witt (Vandissel Vin Diesel) smart and capable, after unremitting efforts and peers finally captured the drug lord Lucero. However, Lucero warned Sean that he had made a big mistake. Sure enough, the drug market redivided the scope of interests because of Lucero's imprisonment, and a new drug lord who called himself "Diablo" went on a killing spree. Sean's beloved wife died in the attack, mistakenly believing that Lucero in prison was behind the scenes; and Lucero felt desperate because of the step-by-step pressure of Diablo, and finally agreed to cooperate with Sean who had misunderstood him. Sienley used Lucero's gang strength and his companions to set a trap for Diablo and vowed to avenge his wife.
