Jamie (Mandy Moore Mandy Moore) is an ordinary girl who studies excellent looks. As the daughter of a priest, she has strong faith and is not influenced by others. Langton (Shane West Shane West) is a typical bad student, who doesn't like to study, hangs around, and looks down on the alternative and lofty Jamie. Because of an excessive prank, Langton was sent to an affiliated school to work as a tutor and to play a humble role in a stage play, in which the heroine was Jamie, whom he did not like. Jamie's devotion to rehearsals gradually infected Langton, who had just arrived at the troupe. Langton began to join the role and changed Jamie's mind.
