After Life (1998)

The pure kingdom of heaven is quiet and peaceful. The deceased took the train to heaven and made a short stop at the small station between heaven and earth. In the coming week, they will try to recall the happiest moments in their lives, which will then be filmed and shown by the staff of the Kingdom of Heaven. The dead are either emotional or silent, and the ordinary and warm stories flow slowly in heaven like an autumn afternoon. The film won the Bronze camera Award at the Manaki Brothers International Film Festival in 1999, Best Picture and Best Screenplay at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival in 1999, Best Art Director at the Daily Film Festival in 2000, Best Film at the three Continental Film Festival in Nantes in France in 1999, the Phoebe Award for critics at the St. Sebastian International Film Festival in 1998, and the Best Screenplay Award at the Turin International Youth Film Festival in 1998.
