Albatross (2022)

Albatross is a dark, character-driven feature film that examines self-concepts (identity, race, and sexual orientation) in a social context, while depicting the near-dangerous compromises that individuals are willing to make to gain a sense of belonging. In 1959, when a couple was invited as outsiders to a dinner of couples in a traditional community, two seemingly independent narratives gradually converged and collided as the conflict developed, and the four at the party knew much more about each other than they first thought.
