In 1972, American diplomat Mason Smith hosted a party, and the terrorists suddenly attacked the party, causing bloody grief. Ten years later, Mason returned to work in Bosnian, but also became an alcoholic. One day, a stranger approached him and gave him a photo, a ticket and a bonus, plus an urgent invitation from his "friends" asking him to go to the hotel immediately. He arrived very unkindly and saw that the previously beautiful city of Haiyang had become an area suffering from violence. He soon learned that the real reason for being summoned back was that the ─ terrorists had set up his good friend, that is, the CIA detective Carey. The task assigned to him by the US ambassador was to negotiate, and the condition of the opposite side was to release the first Agboola of the terrorist organization. He said that he was imprisoned by Israel and that he had to use the freedom of Agboola to communicate with Karachi. The ambassador sent Sam Ticklund (Samon Parker) to assist Mason in the negotiation. He met closely with the bandits and set up laws to help him understand the pull of power between Israeli military bosses, American politicians, the head of the Palestine Liberation Army, and corrupt bureaucrats. He was worried about it.
