Dr. Herbert (Geoffrey Combe Jeffrey Combs) is secretly engaged in human research, which is to resurrect dead organisms. Just as his experiment was about to succeed, an accident happened. For some reason, coupled with Dr. Herbert's negligence, his subjects suddenly resurrected and snuck into the residential area on a killing spree. For this reason, Dr. Herbert was eventually sentenced to 13 years in prison. Herbert in prison did not stop his experiment, he secretly used mice to do the experiment. But when the police seized all his experimental results, Herbert made no progress in prison. One day, Howard, a young M.D. (Jason Barry Jason Barry) comes to work in prison. He appoints Herbert as his assistant. It turned out that Howard's sister died at the hands of Herbert's subjects, and he came to complete the research with Herbert. When they injected the reagent into the bone marrow of a prisoner's body, the horrible scene of that year was repeated.
