Martin Lawrence plays an impoverished boxer who works as a waitress in a medieval theme park, only to be accidentally knocked out and wake up to find himself in the Middle Ages. Then he was sent to prison as an alien by an evil king who wanted to murder the queen, ventured out into the jungle, and was sent by a fallen knight as an emissary to help them overthrow tyranny, so he was forced to practice swordsmanship. Also attracted the favor of a beautiful peasant girl, they work together against the evil king, Martin also re-recognized the true meaning of happiness.
